CubeSmart employees that I talked to were super helpful, professional and friendly in all of our interactions. The facility was very clean and bright. The only minor point of concern is that at times there were sort of sketchy people/vehicles at the facility. Overall, my experience with CubeSmart was great.

The price of renting out this storage unit went up to at least $300 more dollars than I had originally started renting it for…The same storage unit and nothing had changed but the year. The price gauging was offensive.

Ridiculously high add-on costs (I did not want insurance and would have provided my own lock).As a direct result I will not use this gougingly overpriced unit for very long.

The storage facility was relatively close, condition space, friendly and helpful staff, and very secure. The only negative was over a three year period the rent increased by almost twice as much.

1. Given an upper locker though I am senior disabled2. Next given a unit that was occupied. an upper locker.3. Unit lock tampered with and no feedback on that situation.

Nice facility. Easy access. Well lit. However, flat transport carts available during non office hours would be appreciated.
