3 rent increases in less than 13 months is completely unacceptable.Prioritize customer retention and fairness, not low introductory pricing followed by repeated increases once customers are locked in. 100% misleading.

Customer service is great

CubeSmart terminated recreational vehicle storage lease so they could expand storage units at their facility. They did not provide a refund for portion of month even though billed you for the entire month.

The facility is always perfectly clean! And Izzy in the office in the location I was renting in is so kind and helpful. I still have another unit at that location and I have no plans on vacating anytime soon because I enjoy and family feeling.
