Clean, well managed, responsive to our needs

We chose the CubeSmart on Willow Ct. in San Diego becuase it is very clean. The Office staff members were very helpful. The information was clearly stated, and a brochure, business card, gate entrance code, and phone number were provided. The day we brought our furniture over for storage everything went very smoothly.

Canceled reservation 15 mins before closing and not being open on Sunday. I thought the whole process was virtual, as I have booked previously. Very inconvenient.

CubeSmart keeps its storage units in great material condition and monitors the units via camera security. The lay out the property allows easy access.Very friendly staff.
