The prices went up every year and we had a broken light in the storage room that was never fixed. They gave us a discounted rate for 2 months around 2 years and that was it.

This storage is good but it is expensive.

The price increased by almost $100 only 90 days later or maybe 4 months and also, there was always SO MUCH DIRT on my stuff! Something needs to be done so that y’all stop dirtying people’s stuff.BUT, Tammy was very nice.

The facilities are nice and clean, and the people are friendly (for the most part) but you don't create loyal, long-time customers by lifting the rents every time they turn around. Plus the percentage of increase is far above the industry standard. We found a larger unit in a place near by for half the price.

Being able to access the unit early in the morning and late in the evening were great to accommodate my schedule. The staff on site during office hours were always helpful and courteous. Having many cameras onsite made me feel that I and my unit were safe. And having a bathroom on site allowed me to stay onsite and get my unit organized and cleared out.

You treat your existing long term loyal customers like crap. You raised our rates to 237 dollars on a unit you advertise for 110. Instead of changing the rate, you give people the run around. So I just moved across the street. Same size, a third of the price.In the future, treat loyal customers better than new ones.
