I felt that there was a rapid increase in my rent since your purchase of my storage rental place.

Paid for a unit too big and was supposed to get a notice for a smaller unit instead the monthly fee was raised. When l rented at the same location under the Western brand they did not raise my rent for 2 years .

Both the ladies that I dealt with, we're extremely helpful. They gave me all the information I needed to enter and exit the gates showed me where my unit was.And informed me about the app to gain easy.Entrance and exit accessWhich made everything easy. I would definitely rent from this location if the need is there. The only negative.Is after?Cleaning my unit out. I needed to get rid of some garbage, but there is no dumpster available to the tenants.

Frequent price hikes. Ended up at over double what has been quoted to a new customer for the same area space. Running a business is one thing, taking advantage of and gouging your customers is another. In my particular instance, it has driven me away from your business, so your short term gain has resulted in a loss of business from me.
