You can pull your vehicle right up to your unit. Easy to load & unload. Tammy in the office, is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

I rented the unit from August until like this January and on that’s possibly five months and pretty much full of the months. The elevator was not in working order. It didn’t work one of the reasons why I went on and got the unit on the second floor was because they said that it was by elevator, which is true. It was by elevator, and the elevator didn’t work, also, the elevator was pretty much a freight elevator, which means you couldn’t really if you had anything that was big too big or too wide or too tall you really couldn’t use it and you still had to walk up the fight of stairs, so that was a little bit of a bummer, but not so much. Is it not working at all and the arm do you know manager was very nasty. Every time I would speak to her about on the elevator not working tell her didn’t work because I thought that no one knew because no one was fixing it. She always had like a snappy just like a desist are good attitude like she wasn’t screaming hollering anything like that, but she was like blank she would never just be like oh yeah, I have to call them. I’ll tell them you know she was never helpful

Customer was subpar - rates are increased way to much- and I was told that if I took the lock off would not be charged- I was out on the 10th & they made it the 13th

Because it was fast and easy to get my storage thank you so much for the great customer service I recommend to all my friends and family!

Well the manager at Princess view location 92120, is terrible! She's rude doesn't handle her job responsibilities. I had to call back 3 different times after moving out to stop the billing process. On top of it she got attitude because I asked for a call back the 4th time to make sure my account was closed down.This is after I had been moved out for weeks. Not to mention every visit my unit was infested with spiders and webs, a dead mouse and it was obvious the staff was not doing their job. I have had storage Rt across the street prior and never had any of these issues. You need to drug test your employees especially this location , I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she's on meth. Very odd behavior, full of excuses, and has major attitude. Not the person you want representing your company.

After the storage site was purchased by CubeSmart the office was not staffed for hours at a time. Trying to get help online was unsuccessful because I had to wait for someone from another office to travel so that the gate would open. The rental cost increased beyond what I believe is reasonable.
