After the storage site was purchased by CubeSmart the office was not staffed for hours at a time. Trying to get help online was unsuccessful because I had to wait for someone from another office to travel so that the gate would open. The rental cost increased beyond what I believe is reasonable.

The storage unit was located in an area that has a very strong sewage odor, next to a drainage ditch and the humidity is so high that the cardboard boxes collapsed. The rent increased to high for the unit and three weeks before my moving out, the cargo lift broke and was never fixed prior to my check out. I paid an exorbitant amount for rent and had to use the steps to remove my belongings. This is unacceptable for the amount that I paid for this space.
