37% increase, with 3 week notice, not even 30 day notice, for space rental. Unafforadable, excessive, and during government shutdown.

I had problems with my unit the moment I showed up to claim it, broken elevator really gross facility damage on the walls, but I also same day emailed the customer service team to try and see if there was a way out of the lease since there’s no way I’m putting my things in that unit and I’ve still not heard a word back.

When it was Sorage West it was exceptional & affordable. Now it's not.

Unit was vandalized; ownership kept raising the price.

The price increases were absolutely outrageous and not commensurate with the “going rate.” The Office Manager was delightful, however, and any time I needed to work with her, she was fantastic and very helpful.
