The storage facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would recommend this storage location to others.

Jack up prices

Intentional price increases on an unpublished schedule. Regional manager is unwilling and unmotivated to negotiate pricing increases. Final payment was $252. Online pricing is $168. It was easier, and cheaper to move to a different company nearby. The company I moved to is locally owned and not nationally owned.

Did not give full score because paying online change starting date which is deceiving method.

Secure self storage is what I look for when I rent a storage space. Cubesmart was far from that.
