My credit card was charged twice, which I am still trying to resolve with Capital One. The staff (Jason) was great at check-in; the location is in an ok area, but it is an older facility. Stairs are older/ uneven in places - I fell going up them carrying boxes. There is only 1 freight elevator and a cart, which another customer was using for the entire hour we were there, and we had to carry everything up to the second floor. The other customers who were at the facility looked like they were living out of their cars - cooking in the parking lot outside of their cars, etc.Once we saw that, I felt it would be ok to store dorm items for the summer, but I would not feel safe after dark, if we had to access it more often, or if my college-age daughter had to go there without us. The price was good, but we will look for a better (newer/safer) location next time.

2 years ago, I was forced into renting another space from you because I had 2 boats and was told that I can only park 1 vehicle per spot. Even though other spots had more than one. The other spaces NEVER moved any vehicles out and maintained 2 vehicles per space. This forced move cost me about $4000 .00 over the last 2 years that I shouldn't have had to pay. Sorry, not happy with your management team !!!

Brandy went above and beyond to help me at CubeSmart. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Definitely recommend this location because of her!

Your facility is safe and secure and your staff is good, but you are too expensive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. The storage room was bigger than I expected.

Rent too high.Office people a little rude to my disabled daughter who spent time at storage sorting for too long according to them. When we moved out there had been roof leakage & some boxes got wet. And we found a dead mouse as well & many droppings & what looked like rat poison pellets that we did not put there, under unmoved back boxes. Good thing we moved as more boxes might have been damaged.

Very reasonable price, very easy to register and very convenient to access to the unit with the app.
