Cube Smart at East Gate Mall was easy to communicate with, had a great deal for short-term storage of my vehicles, and I felt my vehicles were safe and secure at this location.

When I first rented a space from CubeSmart, I was happy because the price seemed right and the location was ideal. However, over the years that I rented my space, the price increased too much. I was especially surprised to eventually see a huge difference between what I was paying compared to new renters at the same space. I was also surprised that the management wasn't willing to offer me a better price when I told them that I would leave if they couldn't give me a better price. I ended up moving all my stuff to another space and I'm so glad I did, because the new rental fee is less than half the CubeSmart price for the exact same size unit. Also, the new rental space is accessible via an app on my phone, which has already proved to be extremely convenient.

The customer support didn’t find a way to return fees due to a bridge in credit card expiration date.This actually help me look into other storage facility, the one I found is cheaper, bigger and cleaner. So thank you for not returning my $100 fees this is going to help me save $600 a month.

The cute little white lady at the front desk made it so easy for us to move out. She’s so nice and kind. So happy our experience with her was so good.

While you have a reasonably good location for our motorhome your annual fee increases were ridiculous because you had other similar spots in the same row for half the price. I asked the manager to reduce our spots monthly rate to just above the other spots so I wouldn't have to move. She couldn't because she isn't allowed to negotiate the rate. So we went through the paperwork and moved across the lot and saved over 50% on our rate. I was going to move out of the location due to cost but went through the stupid work anyway. My other complaint was I had asked the front counter 5 times over several months to cut back the shrubbery and to clean up old tires and trash from others behind our coach with no success. Your company wants to be paid on time and you cut off customers asap if no payment received but I can't get the area cleaned up after 5 requests and I had to move spots to get a 50% reduction. More stupid stuff. The staff drives around the facility daily but will drive right by trash with out picking it up. It should be see trash pick up trash. Again, between the unjustified off market rent increases and lack of attention to my request I'd prefer to move. I guess your moto is if the sucker pays why not increase.
