I liked the unit a lot but I didn't like the price increase out of nowhere. It was seems like a cash grab just to rent a cement room. And also I wish there was better accessible bathrooms, the ones there were disgusting. Other than that it was good

It worked well. No real problems but sometimes the truck in the spot in front of us was parked about 6 feet over the line into our spot.

I gave her five because my storage was broken into twice they had poor management going on there supervised by district manager Frankie.They finally hired someone great there her name is Brandi who actually took the time out when she was hired to call me as she was taking over the property she found some of my stolen items and immediately called me. Brandi has great customer service and hopefully this property is not too overwhelming for her.

After about 25 years with a storage unit with Storage West, CubeSmart took over and downgraded all security measures. Securing empty units with just a zip-tie is foolish in the extreme. Thieves cut the zip-tie of the unit next to us, pulled of the single layer of drywall between that unit and mine, and stole $11,000 worth of camping and boating gear. Their thefts continued for several weeks hitting about 10 units with no added security measures by CubeSmart, no cameras in the hallway or lot, no police report by CubeSmart, no notice to me that security was actively being breached by repeat thefts, so we are done with CubeSmart. Cannot wait to post my review online so that other people do not rent a unit without this info.

The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is also very convenient. I felt that my belongings were safe and secure in the facility.

Moved 3 times; price kept going up & my unit got smaller; broken into; price increased again; no one on site ever…would not recommend.
