Very easy access and conveniente location

Paid insurance for over a year just to not get my damages covered. Reps never in office during office hours. Bathroom is always off limits or dirty when it is finally available. Phone never gets answered to meet a rep to dump trash out.

Bree & Brandi were easy to work with upon my arrival to the facility. They were very helpful and had excellent attitudes! The unit was tidy and ready for my arrival, with a little goodie bag as well. The facility is well maintained and clean. The gates were fully operational and my code worked on the first try. Bree & Brandi are doing an excellent job at maintaining the property. I have been twice now to my unit and both times I saw them patrolling the grounds making sure everything was in order or if anyone onsite needed any assistance in finding the dolly/push carts.One recommendation is for the facility to have multiple push carts available at multiple dedicated locations that are taped out on the floor so that when someone uses it they will always return it to the same location.

Good front desk help. Actually stood behind the 30 day promotion. My unit isn’t amazing but the customer service was fine.

Unit was broken into multiple times.

cube was broken into from side door and all my valuables were stolen on January 15.

Marcia was so nice & helpful in getting us set up with a vehicle storage parking spot. She was proactive in reaching out to collect documents ahead of time so I could complete a speedy registration during my lunch break. Definitely recommend!

My lock was replaced without my knowledge or permission and no documentation of the incident was made. Our storage was burglarized and my property was stolen. Will absolutely never recommend this place.
