Good price, attentive staff

Continued raising of prices made us find another place. Had it stayed the same rate when we started we would have stayed there and not moved.

You raised my rent while you had spaces available in the same area for greater than half off. So I left, there was no ability to negotiate to reduce the rate and stay. Also, i asked a least 5 times over several months to have the trash picked up and shrubs cut back around our motorhome with no success. You cut me off quickly and charge a high late fee if rent not paid on time. But if I asked for basic services then nothing happened. Place not kept clean.

Robbed several times with no response or improvements by management. Trash and people living in the units. Rent increased every six months. The worst sort of Private Equity ownership.

It was great until I moved out, and I was told that I still had to pay for the space When my RV was removed

Price of rental. Easy to reserve. Check-in with Marcia efficient and quick. Marcia helpful in showing location of unit and having welcome bag and lock in the unit.

My unit was broken into

You gave me the wrong type of unit, changed it, jacked up my price three times in three months, allowed the unit to become damaged and were impossible to get ahold of.

The building was infested with mold and ruined my belongings, it is in the air, on the drywall etc.. There is also a common known problem of burglary which I was a victim of. Thousands of dollars in goods were stolen from my unit. My insurance policy was reduced from $5000 to $2000 without my knowledge when ownership changed from storage west to cube smart. Prices are astronomical compared to local units. Price in creases every couple months.. My 5x10 unit rent increased to that of atleast a 10x20
