Clean. Nice. Helpful staff. A little pricey in my opinion and older units for sure. Also, My husband is in the military on deployment and since he didn’t sign the lease for the storage unit (because he’s gone & unable to sign….), they wouldn’t give me a 5% off each month for military discount like their website says. Overall, I would still recommend.

I was satisfied with the unit, but over the course of a few years my rent has increased so many times that I was paying 250% of my original rent. Even in a world where prices regularly increase due to inflation, this was pretty egregious price gouging. Raising rates every few months is insanity

The worker at the front desk was very rude. From the second I walked in, you can tell that she was irritated. Then when I asked to see a tour of a couple units to determine the right size, she gave a big sigh, rolled her eyes and said, “Well you’re going to have to wait because I have to go to the bathroom and I was going to go before you walked in.” Immediately turned me off from wanting to work with you guysbut I needed a unit so I stayed. I asked for some type of wagon or dolly, she said that it was in one of the buildings somewhere. So instead of her helping me find it, she sat down in her chair and expected me to look over the entire property for this one wagon, which to my surprise I never found.If this is how you guys operate, I’ll be happy to share to my social media and friends (because I am very involved in the community) the type of business and employees you run!

Easy to set up and easy access to facility and storage unit.

Frequent rate increases that were exceedingly high. I would never rent a unit from your company again.

Great and easy service. Felt the location, how the facility was run and managed to be very well done. Did not have issues with renting.

The fee change was rather high. It was easy to access and the employees were very friendly. I just had to find an alternative option that since you changed the fee schedule. The unit is small for the higher fee.
