In less than 3 years as a customer, prices increased over 100% which is outrageous.That's the primary reason I closed my account and moved our stuff out.Too many other options out there and these price increases simply can't be justified.

You have increased the rent 33% in 2 years (ever since CubeSmart took over. There are two gates that are inoperable (the main gate has not operated for months).

Clean facility and units.Courteous staff.Efficient billing/payment

Drive up large site was useful. Price went up too much too fast. No negotiation. Gates not always working.

Need to improve Customer service

After years of paying for 2 units and a parking space you don't care. loyalty means NOTHING to this company. You raise our rate and after we leave you reduce it to very low price. thats means you rather have a new tennant then take care of your current one. So of course I would highly suggest anyone I come in contact with to AVOID your company

The storage space was easy to rent and easy to use. The facility is also clean, well organized and the attendant there was extremely helpful.

Convenient and great customer service.

I was a customer for over 20 years. I had a couple of issues including a flood in my unit from a tree fall with no compensation. A few months ago, they stopped running my payment and instead of calling me to figure it out, just charged late charges. I had to stop by to clear it up and total attitude. The price has increased radically over the last few years for a very small unit.
