Need to improve Customer service

After years of paying for 2 units and a parking space you don't care. loyalty means NOTHING to this company. You raise our rate and after we leave you reduce it to very low price. thats means you rather have a new tennant then take care of your current one. So of course I would highly suggest anyone I come in contact with to AVOID your company

The storage space was easy to rent and easy to use. The facility is also clean, well organized and the attendant there was extremely helpful.

Convenient and great customer service.

I was a customer for over 20 years. I had a couple of issues including a flood in my unit from a tree fall with no compensation. A few months ago, they stopped running my payment and instead of calling me to figure it out, just charged late charges. I had to stop by to clear it up and total attitude. The price has increased radically over the last few years for a very small unit.

Easy to use

The Site Manager was very friendly and showed me the unit and how to access it. Before I even rented it. That made me feel very comfortable in knowing exactly how to get where I needed to be. When unloading my items

Easy to move in, easy to move out. Helped us out when we needed to move to a bigger unit. The price got a little steep toward the end. Also, none of the locks to get into the inside units worked. It made it easy for us while moving in but it could also make it easy for anyone else to break in as well. Just a thought. All in all, a good experiance.
