Lack of proper cleaning on common areas (restroom and aisles)People parking on loading spots and leaving their truck to work other place entire day. You should be towing them!

Lack of on site personel no cameras and people living in rv's on site.

Great price and allowed me to reserve ahead of time. Also locked in the low rate for several months by paying ahead, with promise to refund any unused months on moveout.

45 days notice to vacate? That’s BS and you know it. You don’t tell 200 rv owners to find another location with a short timeframe like that to move out. Then you tried to charge me full price for another 20 days. I will tell everyone I know to never use your facilities.

Area was safe and clean

Since Cube Smart took over, we have had nothing but issues. Rent was raised every year, often times without receiving any kind of notice as required by law other than when our account was charged this new fee. The parking spaces were so crammed and we incurred numerous dents and scratches on our trailer.Dealing with the corporate office was always a struggle and we are SO happy to vacate our RV space to another location. And the storage fee is over half of what we were paying with more options available to us. Would never rent from Cube Smart again.

To many unanswered charges and price going up and I missed payments and pay for more locks if I had I insurance with yall and paying then prolly refund the locks charges for me instead I had keep waiting on it

Easy access to units & great schedule.It's a 7 because of the high cost compared to other vendors.

Hard to get ahold of someone at the onsite office or corp.
