3 rent increases in less than 13 months is completely unacceptable.Prioritize customer retention and fairness, not low introductory pricing followed by repeated increases once customers are locked in. 100% misleading.

Customer service is great

CubeSmart terminated recreational vehicle storage lease so they could expand storage units at their facility. They did not provide a refund for portion of month even though billed you for the entire month.

The facility is always perfectly clean! And Izzy in the office in the location I was renting in is so kind and helpful. I still have another unit at that location and I have no plans on vacating anytime soon because I enjoy and family feeling.

Lack of proper cleaning on common areas (restroom and aisles)People parking on loading spots and leaving their truck to work other place entire day. You should be towing them!
