Area was safe and clean

Since Cube Smart took over, we have had nothing but issues. Rent was raised every year, often times without receiving any kind of notice as required by law other than when our account was charged this new fee. The parking spaces were so crammed and we incurred numerous dents and scratches on our trailer.Dealing with the corporate office was always a struggle and we are SO happy to vacate our RV space to another location. And the storage fee is over half of what we were paying with more options available to us. Would never rent from Cube Smart again.

To many unanswered charges and price going up and I missed payments and pay for more locks if I had I insurance with yall and paying then prolly refund the locks charges for me instead I had keep waiting on it

Easy access to units & great schedule.It's a 7 because of the high cost compared to other vendors.

Hard to get ahold of someone at the onsite office or corp.

When we had mouse issues they moved us to a better spot

You kicked me out of my space for my car.

Consistently raised rent every 4 months, canceled my lease with only 5 days notice, reduced the number of outdoor parking spaces for other uses, and didnt offer any relocation help whatsoever.
