I think it's a well run business. It provided exactly what I needed, I knew my stuff wsa self in the facility, and required little maintenance from me.

Issamar W.She has been so incredibly responsive and helpful.She has always been on top of things and proactively reached out to me when I had an issue with my space.Kudos to Issy, I will be coming back to this facility if and when I move!Thanks!

The facility was very clean! I felt safe.The only thing I didn’t like was the price seemed to increase periodically. But maybe I didn’t pay attention to the promo, and when it ended.

Good price

The project to expand inside storage permanently drove all of us RV customers out of your facility. It came as a huge surprise and was NOT HANDLED well. This has left a very lasting negative impression on us. We will never rent storage from CubeSmart again. L

Great accommodation from lady (sorry didn’t get her name) from office last 12/26. Very helpful, patient and explained in detail how to conveniently make switch of storage.

Overall storage facility was good and people who supported were good too. The unexpected 30% to 40% price increase was not mentioned to us in the beginning when we were signing up. This seems too steep of a price increase and was one of the main reasons to move out of the space. Thanks

The staff is great. I don’t like the rates changing all the time. I went from a RV space that cost $112 per month to $140 a month.
