Customer service was good but I was really shocked by the the rate increases. Rate increases were like 20% every couple of months.

Liked the facility but did not like getting a rate bump so soon after getting us signed up that was a real sour impression for us. Nate and switch

It was very convenient and proximate to our home. The site was clear and well-maintained. The manager, Izzy, was the best in so many ways! Unfortunately, the spaces were too tight for us to easily park our 37 foot Class A. Just not enough room to maneuver easily. Shouldn't be that hard.

CubeSmart is a pretty good place to have the things you need in storage, but the increase in rent rates for my 5 x 5 unit became too much, especially since the units aren’t climate controlled. Thank you for the previous couple years with my storage unit! I appreciate it! :)

Onsite staff/manager always provide exceptional customer service when ever I came in the office to make my payments. The property was clean and I trusted my personal belongs was secured.

CubeSmart storage is reasonable price than any other storage that i used to rent and the staff services are very helpful and friendly, the best thing is that no need to let them know 7 days or month ahead before I end the rental agreement, thanks for the best service

Easy to deal with and fees were stable without any excessive increases like we experienced in the past. Points taken off for removal of dump station, poorly maintained wash station, and hard to maneuver RV spots because others are allowed to protrude too far into the road.

Cubsmart has the best prices and friendly employees. Unit sizes are great
