Nice facility. Easy access. Well lit. However, flat transport carts available during non office hours would be appreciated.

The unit that I rented has a structure inside. Limiting the space, I was not aware or was never briefed on this circumstances. Also, the clerk that assisted me was not friendly or helpful. I should’ve looked at the unit first prior to signing the contract.

The service team was very helpful in helping us find a suitable storage facility that would be easiest for us to store our household goods until we find our new home. Although we didn’t use CubeSmart due to availability and convenience the service team still helped my wife and I find the right facility to accommodate our needs. Thank you .
