They raised my rent twiceThe first time I never got a letter and they still raised it before the 30 day notice. The second time they raised it, I at least got a letter but I wasn’t going to pay $200 to store a few things. The last handful of times I went they had removed the dolly’s. So I had to carry my furniture out by dragging it across the floor

The facility was fine, but the people were not helpful. I wanted to move from a small locker to a bigger unit but no one would help me. I emailed the manager with zero response. I spoke with a person at the front desk and they said the price was going to quadruple because I was transferring. I like the location but there was a distinct lack of customer service.

Mercedes was very helpful and welcoming when I needed to get my storage unit. The staff was always ready to answer any of my questions too. Overall great customer service and a clean facility.
