Carts were rarely available to carry heavy items and sometimes not available at night,

Good overall experience with the exception of raising the price/rent after a couple of months.

More carts are needed, its insane to have to search 4 floors for a cart. Cart return area needs to be established.

Getting to expensive

Great customer service person in the front desk was so good and explained to me everything and having a smooth translation into a different storage

Well you kept going up on the storages even though there was reason for it. You were not upkeeping them or the grounds after the ordinal girls left and the doors were not working properly. Another thing you started locking the carts up for transporting items.ypu

The temperature control always worked, and was always clean, but other than that, it was bad. There were never Dollie's available - not bc other people had them but bc they weren't there. The doors never worked, and were nearly never secured. I was locked out AND locked IN on multiple occasions, the service when an employee was there was always terrible. With all of that, the rebates still continually went up.
