HER NAME IS MERCEDES, I WAS STUCK ON THE 3RD FLOOR BC MY DOG DECIDED HE WAS SCARED OF THE ELVATOR + STAIRS.I COULDNT GET HIM TO BUDGE. SHE DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD + SHE waited for my son so she could let him in the bldg. The dog was 125 pounds and we tried everything. Mercedes is there for the customers.
