Absolutely awful experience. Inside of unit was covered in black soot and termite frass. When I reached out to customer service, they just sent back an email confirming my vacating.

The whole process went smoothly. From setting up my unit, getting the lock, billing, getting in and out of the facility, and even cancellation was a breeze.

Setting up the storage unit was incredibly simple.The online options and directions were clear and easy to follow. Had access to the unit immediately, and the locks were inside waiting. Couldn’t be easier.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of ladies that made sure I was taken care of. The first lady (sorry, don’t remember names) helped me get set up and pick the right sized unit for my needs. The second lady made the exit process very easy and made sure I knew what was expected to complete the process. She also made sure the auto-pay was deactivated so I wouldn’t continue getting charged for the unit.
