The space manager at this location has been very helpful and accomodated when we had movers come into our unit to pack. Very easy storage unit set up. Thankful

CubeSmart had the size I needed and I was happy to rent it.

The facility is clean and easy to get in to. It has sufficient security and I felt like my property was safe. My only complaint is CubeSmart raised my monthly payments over $100 in a year span. That’s a massive increase. I had to move because of the cost.

The location was very convenient for us, and setting up the reservation online was very easy. Working with Santiago in the office to finalize everything was a breeze. He made sure we had everything we needed and made it as quick and as painless as possible.

Excellent customer service

The service and the employees were outstanding. Facility was always clean. My only objection to CubeSmart is the monthly fee increases. We started paying $300.00+ per month for a 10x20. With yearly increases we are now at $548.00 per month. With this last increase we are no longer willing to take advantage of your services.

This location is well maintained and clean. The manager Misagh is pleasant and helpful, always a smile on his face. I'm not leaving, just changed from one unit to another.

The facility that I used (235 E. Carmel St. 92069) was always available as was the restroom. The property was well maintained. The facility manager was always helpful when needed. Overall, I had a pleasant experience during the 10 years that I rented a storage space.
