Clean and great service

Your service is excellent. If I ever had a question or needed assistance, the staff were very helpful.Access to our unit was never a problem and we loved the inside, climate controlled unit. Originally we had a large outside unit and would not ever want one of those again due to the summer temps, and the dust and dirt so moving inside was much better.

Because after having us as clients for over 10 years, you hiked the monthly rate for our 10 X 10 to $369.00/month.There is a word that best describes how we were treated, but I will refrain from expressing it here. Suffice it to say, we found a much better deal with another company down the road.

Corporate kept raising rates every few months and the continued rate increases became intolerable. The rates when I left were $208.04 per month for the 10'x10' unit and $67.34 per month for the 5'x5' unit, with a total for both at $275.43. The percentage of these rate increases far exceeded the Consumer Price Index for the last 4 years. I was able to rent a larger 10' x 15' unit at Extra Space Storage for $124 per month, guaranteed for at least 6 months. Even if Extra Space Storage raises the rate 100% after the 6 months, it will still be less expensive than if I stayed with CubeSmart (especially not knowing how many more times CubeSmart would continue to raise the rate during the next 6 months).
