Never had a issue auto payments came out on time. Unit was in side control temperature always working properly when I went in getting a unit closing account all went extremely easily reporting the issue with some damaged items that were up against the back wall outer wall of the facility or damaged one of which is irreplaceable from a friend who passed away but it was not a foreseen situation.

Clean and great service

Your service is excellent. If I ever had a question or needed assistance, the staff were very helpful.Access to our unit was never a problem and we loved the inside, climate controlled unit. Originally we had a large outside unit and would not ever want one of those again due to the summer temps, and the dust and dirt so moving inside was much better.

Because after having us as clients for over 10 years, you hiked the monthly rate for our 10 X 10 to $369.00/month.There is a word that best describes how we were treated, but I will refrain from expressing it here. Suffice it to say, we found a much better deal with another company down the road.
