My storage unit increased frequently and I was not notified in advance and when I called to inquire about it …. They said I would be reimbursed for that month and charged my previous rate but the following month it would increase. I was never reimbursed for that month and they never charged me my previous rate. In addition to this every time I have called and left a message no one has ever called me back. When I have come to visit the storage unit and need to speak with someone in the office – often times there is no one in the office in the office is locked. This is both on weekdays and on weekends.

This facility is exceptional. Clean, well managed, and safe make it the best location in the area for storage needs. Tiffany is a gift. She knows her clients and is incredibly supportive and always welcoming. The commitment to assisting a 501c3 organization is tremendously kind. You won’t find a better site!

Your company is constantly raising prices, about every 6 months, I had storage back in 2016 and never had the prices raised, your company states due to competition, if it’s competition, you would have your clients rates kept the same, don’t you think!
