The staff, especially the manager was very unmannerly and always seemed angry with a very unpleasant attitude. I was supposed to get the first month free when I signed up and was never given it.

James is an extroordinary individual he was their signing me up, helping me with my needs and making sure I had a great location to store my Halloween and Christmas decorations with easy access. He made the experience very pleasureable, and we had a great conversation. If and when I need storage facilities again because of James CubeSmart will always earn my business. Location and easeOne negative -- too many phone calls text messages and emails once I put in a reservation. If I didn't respond I got constant communication from your company.

Excellent customer service and facilities

The man in the front office (James) has been absolutely wonderful. He set me up with my initial unit, and helped me again when I needed to upgrade to a larger one. He explained everything very clearly and made excellent recommendations.
