It was all simple and easy process. As well as the employee in the office when he called. Sorry I forgot his name off hand. He allowed me to cut back some of the tree that was hitting my camper

The staff, especially the manager was very unmannerly and always seemed angry with a very unpleasant attitude. I was supposed to get the first month free when I signed up and was never given it.

James is an extroordinary individual he was their signing me up, helping me with my needs and making sure I had a great location to store my Halloween and Christmas decorations with easy access. He made the experience very pleasureable, and we had a great conversation. If and when I need storage facilities again because of James CubeSmart will always earn my business.
