New facility had insulated and maintained storage units. Cost for same size unit was $100 less, even though I'd been with CubeSmart for six years. My unit in Sanford had been falling apart for years, Insulation falling all over belongings, field mice, the roll up door would not stay up, no internal light and every year without better service, the monthly payment went up.
