Fluctuations of price there’s nothing that has changed with my unite but year the price changes every 3 to 4 months. Offering ac for storage and the ac is not turned on and cells hot is not worth it. If I wanted a storage outside I would have chose. Secondly we are forced to have insurance that denies your claimone

I have been renting a storage space for 16 years and have found CubeSmart and it´s personnel to be superior in services and assistance in eveything that I have needed over all these years.Every item that was in storage was kept perfect and secure, even in the various Florida hurricanes during those years. The site manager took the added effort after they were over to let me know that my goods were secure and had not been damaged.

Attempted to close out my storage unit and whoever was at his desk on 1/10/2026 did not do his job. WS still being charged at a storage unit I had absolutely no belongings in and when I called again regarding the dispute the person I spoke to on 1/13/2026 waited an entire day to close out my storage unit and refuses to reverse the charge.
