The facility does not prorate unused days after departure. Given the high monthly cost, it is disappointing that the roads are in poor condition with multiple potholes and that no trash service is provided for customers.

Very Professional Service

They have a rat infestation. I had a big unit with all my things in it and when I came to my unit I discovered rats and ruined 50% of my things. I purchased the insurance and they denied my claim because they don’t cover rodents. Do not use CubeSmart. Worst storage company I’ve ever used.

Was very easy but the quality of the driveway is bad and very pot holed and rough. Besides that, very easy in and out.

Good service

Prices became astronomical for the area. The unit constantly has dirt and dust blowing in due to the lack of secure closure of all four access doors. I also had signs of rodents even though I have no food and frequent my unit. Was able to find another unit, fully secured and climate controlled for half the price.

The service was very good.
