The biggest issue is getting in touch with the local Cube Smart I rented from. No one answers when I call and getting a return call from them does not seem to happen. I was asking for local guidance with respect to how many units I would need to rent for a van load of household goods. Still waiting.

I really needed a little space

The facility does not prorate unused days after departure. Given the high monthly cost, it is disappointing that the roads are in poor condition with multiple potholes and that no trash service is provided for customers.
