Customer service was good but the unit was horrible. I didn’t know before signing up, that it was filled with rats. When I moved my stuff out, everything was covered in rat poop. It was gross… all my appliances have rat poop and their grossness smeared everywhere. And the price was extremely high for what I was getting.
