There was an employee that would sometimes be nice. She assumed i wasnt supposed to be there even tho i was waiting for a suspicious guy to pass. And the bill just increases by a lot without warning. Not only that but there was a weird liquid dripping on my stuff that eventually ruined my chair and clothes.

The storage unit was full of spiders webs and dirty and was not clean at all my furniture was full of spiders eggs and I had to throw most of my belongings away.

The staff was exceptional and the unit was reasonably priced. I will utilize again in the future. 10/10 experience.

The facility was mainly used for storage of my moms stuff after her death, so visitations to the facility were very minimal. The staff was very helpful on the phone and at the facility. Occasional phone reminders of payment due (very helpful), to make sure received on time.

My unit was full of spiders webs and smells very bad spiders was everywhere not clean at all.
