The only available unit in the size I was looking for was on the second floor with no elevator. Made moving boxes very difficult. The facility location in town was ideal for me. Pricing was very good.

Communication with the local manager has been spotty. When the gate was not working, there was no sign on the gate, nor text/email alerting clients to the issue or indication that it was not operating.

Started years ago with the previous owner and when he died, CubeSmart. Rent payments immediately got easier and the manager was helpful.
