CubeSmart is so easy to do business with. I have used them in 2 different locations. Using their customer service phone number, in one location I signed up in the car parked next to the CubeSmart and then from there I was given the gate code and there was a new lock in my storage unit waiting for me. Does not get easier than that.

Great customer service

No one was ever there. I set up an appt when I first rented the unit so I could feel confident about setting up, but the person never showed up for it.Then the increase in rental price after I had been there only 3 months, and the hidden fee of insurance that I was not told about until after I rented the unit

Nice staff

The only available unit in the size I was looking for was on the second floor with no elevator. Made moving boxes very difficult. The facility location in town was ideal for me. Pricing was very good.

Communication with the local manager has been spotty. When the gate was not working, there was no sign on the gate, nor text/email alerting clients to the issue or indication that it was not operating.

Started years ago with the previous owner and when he died, CubeSmart. Rent payments immediately got easier and the manager was helpful.
