1. you increased the rate 30% (!) after 3 months, an exorbitant change at one time2. you increased the rate just about the time I cancelled the insurance, and there was confusion about the new amount. You charged me a late fee for a missed payment, but I had in fact made a payment although it was $5 short because of that confusion. I promptly paid the $5 but my request for a refund of the $20 late fee was ignored.3. I complained and was referred to a Regional Manager. I called him a dozen times with no response. Terrible service!
