The people or staff at Cubesmart are the most efficient, friendly and so helpful! I have never experienced such friendly and genuine employees. This is not my first storage unit through Cubesmart and came back for another location. I want to move my items from one location to another and you all have made an easy transition. Thank you again for such exceptional service from your employees. Blake and Melissa were exceptional along with Angl who I spoke to who followed up with me aftere waiting for a new location to be built and day of opening. Again unheard of this these days. Jerry was absolutely amazing. He explained everything that I needed to know. I have had a storage unit for the past 2 and a half years and need to get one at a different location. He gave me all the information to make it a smooth new tends. He was extremely helpful. He is definitely an asset to the company. A raise or promotion or employee of the year would be appropriate for him. Without a doubt the best of the best.
