Customer Service. The manager, Jay, at the site I use is the reason I give CubeSmart a 10. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a very nice person both by phone and in person. This care makes CubeSmart storage a better storage facility.

I started at $125/month in 2019 but you gouged me annually until the rent was literally MORE than five times the original rent. I am on the Boards of a few non-profits and when asked for a recommendation I never suggest CubeSmart.

Never had an issue with storage. The cost was high and we rented for years and every year the price would increase.
