Dave and Mike are extremely friendly and professional. The units are clean, I never saw one bug the whole time we were there which is hard to do in Florida.

The store is IMPECCIBLY CLEAN. The staff are always PROMPT, kind and courteous. The facility is BRAND NEW - fresh paint, flawless equipment, entry, access, etc. are all in TOP working order. NOT A SPOT OF RUST, despite proximity to the ocean breeze. Speaking of which, the CubeSmart SMARTLY located on the BACK side of the barrier island, offering enhanced natural protection for when the inevitable ocean-borne storms hit. AVAILABILITY is EXCELLENT with many options. Dave and Mike were quick to serve our multiple purposes: sign-up, payment, locks, taking auto-payment info....all done with grace!! GREAT GUYS!! Better still; this facility is WALKING DISTANCE from my house *(near Long-Doggers in Satellite Beach!!)*. Clean reasonable price.

Location

Rate increase of $720 a year. Parking in front often blocked by trucks with trailers using all parking spaces.

The prices are good, the Satellite Beach site is clean, and the employees (Mike and Dave) are very helpful. The ability to lock in the price after the initial three month discount is a nice option as is the app that allows remote opening of the loading door.
