Price increases you keep raising monthly charges. I moved to another new facility. Same sized climate control unit for not quite the cost

Dave and Mike are extremely friendly and professional. The units are clean, I never saw one bug the whole time we were there which is hard to do in Florida.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The facility was always clean. Good experience all the way through the process.

The store is IMPECCIBLY CLEAN. The staff are always PROMPT, kind and courteous. The facility is BRAND NEW - fresh paint, flawless equipment, entry, access, etc. are all in TOP working order. NOT A SPOT OF RUST, despite proximity to the ocean breeze. Speaking of which, the CubeSmart SMARTLY located on the BACK side of the barrier island, offering enhanced natural protection for when the inevitable ocean-borne storms hit. AVAILABILITY is EXCELLENT with many options. Dave and Mike were quick to serve our multiple purposes: sign-up, payment, locks, taking auto-payment info....all done with grace!! GREAT GUYS!! Better still; this facility is WALKING DISTANCE from my house *(near Long-Doggers in Satellite Beach!!)*. THANK YOU, thank you, thank you, CubeSmart for solving my storage needs and making it a seamless experience. SUPERB WORK. Next time I log in to my brokerage: I AM BUYING CUBE stock (NYSE "CUBE").
