When I closed my account I left a voicemail at the location I rented from. Irina reached out to me via text message to let me know I needed to remove the lock and empty the until which I told her I had. She said thank you and I never heard back that my account was closed. I logged in last night to see if I still had access and I didn't so was assuming that it was buttoned up and that my rental until was closed out. I reached out again this morning to Irina just to receive confirmation that I'm done and my unit is closed out and after waiting 3 hours I finally called the 800 number so I could have closure. Not the best form of communication.

You do not encourage long term rental as you keep raising prices to the point all other storage facilities a way less for the same size unit. I left you for the same size unit with ground access for sixty dollars less per month. It would take an idiot to stay
