You do not encourage long term rental as you keep raising prices to the point all other storage facilities a way less for the same size unit. I left you for the same size unit with ground access for sixty dollars less per month. It would take an idiot to stay

While Irina the manager is phenomenal, thru all the years of renting a unit, there has been a number of times the elevator has been broken. And one of the times was just Nov 14th when we needed to move out of our unit. We are both in our 70’s and could not do the stairsnot

Cubesmart really came through for me when I was in a bind. I felt very comfortable that my belongings were very secure. The employees that took care of me when I first came to them really took care of me and when it came time for me to leave, Irina in the Schaumburg office helped me out and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Cubesmart to anyone who is in the need of storing their valuables.
