While Irina the manager is phenomenal, thru all the years of renting a unit, there has been a number of times the elevator has been broken. And one of the times was just Nov 14th when we needed to move out of our unit. We are both in our 70’s and could not do the stairsnot

Nice please clean

Cubesmart really came through for me when I was in a bind. I felt very comfortable that my belongings were very secure. The employees that took care of me when I first came to them really took care of me and when it came time for me to leave, Irina in the Schaumburg office helped me out and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Cubesmart to anyone who is in the need of storing their valuables.

Very clean and well kept after

Having external storage is great. We don't have a basement or anything, so things were just cluttering the garage. Since this was a new experience, we were hesitant. But CubeSmart had the best price, and the manager, Irina, made it easy to get going.

You are expensive but your units are large. You need to post the days and hours when someone will be available in the office to answer questions and help clients.
