Unreasonable price increases

I was a customer for 15 years. Once Cube Smart bought out current owner - pricing kept going drastically up.There was no communication with Cube Smart and us as customers that was unfortunate. I guess Cube Smart must focus on short term rentals and not long term rentals - Disappointing.

Best facility around, and I have used a few of them. Great management, clean place, easy access for Scituate.Highly recommend

As with any good business experience it has to be the people you deal with.Dena helped me book the storage area and was pleasant and professional.I would often see Dena on the property which was comforting.
