Overall, a good experience with minimal issues. The website gave me issues sometimes though using the facility itself was great, convenient, and reliable. The cost kept going up and was no longer affordable (increased 120% over four years). Thank you!

Easy sign-up. Friendly staff. Clean, safe, well-lit atmosphere. My only complaint is that the access is not 24-hour. Not sure why since we are able to access after the employees go home. But I trust they have a reason.

The security measures made me feel so safe. It also was very clean.

It was a good storage. It appears to be well maintained. I had no issues moving in but the price went up about 3 times in the duration of my stay
