It was a good storage. It appears to be well maintained. I had no issues moving in but the price went up about 3 times in the duration of my stay

The rate that you increase your rent is unbelievable I learned a very good lesson not again.

Lighting on the 4th floor was on a timer or motion senser and put me in the dark several times

Overall a good experience but occasional malfunctions of the entry door tended to leave a bad impression on security of the building. Also the timer of the forth floor lighting tended to leave you in the dark.

I recently purchased a storage unit at CubeSmart and had a great experience from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made the whole process smooth.What really stood out, though, was the customer service I received from Marlisa. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient while walking me through the options and answering all of my questions. Moving and storage can be stressful, but Marlisa made the experience simple and straightforward. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit for my needs and understood everything clearly.Excellent customer service like that really makes a difference. Tried to charge me after my unit was cleaned out before bill was due

I was not only able to book online but there was no tricks gimmicks or schemes, I tried booking online with someone close to this location it will take you all the way to the payment scren allow you to put in your payment information and not go through then you will receive an automatic call from a rep inside of the location you where trying to book online and all of a sudden your fees or pricing increased whatever freebies there were was gone and all of a sudden they had no way of putting back like online had it wanted you to go ahead and pay and they will try for a refund later umm NOPE! so I went to CubeSmart booked everything on line it accepted my payment and my payment looked werid at the end they gave me a number to call I can not remeber this young ladies name but when I say she was so amazing spoke withgreat acknowledgement of her job and the facility as well as it amenities she explained everything assured me what my monthly rate was broke everything down no hesitation studdering or umms and informated me of me next payment the way this young lady made me fill comfortable I completed my booking on the phone right there with her and she didn't even know it
