I came and spoke with Peaches on Sunday, December 28th and confirmed that I would not be vacating, because I still need the unit, and I had already had a phone conversation with Marlisa explaining my financial hardship on Monday, December 22nd. I was told by Marlisa that the lien fee would be waved until that Sunday, the 28th so that I could pay the $214 that was outstanding, since I had just started back bartending and the real estate market is slow right now. When I had the money Saturday, the 27th and went to pay it within the application, the lien fee had already been added. I reiterated my financial hardship to Peaches, Sunday the 28th in person at the office and we made a verbal agreement that I would make a payment of the $325 now outstanding which included the lien fee by January 22nd to avoid losing the unit. I’m not sure why I am receiving this email. Can we please document these things on the account so all staff / parties are aware of the situation. This doesn’t seem to be an automated email like the others. Seem as though there is still miscommunication and partial staff unaware of the conversation I had with Peaches.January 3rd Saturday, the first day I had off. I called customer service to get an update on my account, because no one ever responded back to my email from December 31st. They advised me that Peaches made a notation that she was terminating my lease, the day after speaking to me and pretending to be genuine and assuring me not to stress out or worry (as she saw that I was extremely flustered when I came to speak with her) I was extremely respectful and nice when I came to speak with her as well. She assured me that everything was fine, that she was empathetic and understanding of my financial hardship, and that as long as I paid my outstanding $325 by January 22nd before the next bill generates on the 23rd, that would stop my account from going into default. Also mind you December 27th when I spoke with Mike from CS, he confirmed for me that the company policy is required to allow 30 days from the notice to vacate or notice of lien before putting the unit up for auction and that I would have that time to pay my two month balance along with the lien fee. In addition the legal GA law is 14 days. I immediately went up to the storage location office to find Marlisa there who tried to multiple times to text Peaches and call her, and she advised me that Peaches not only had wrongfully terminated my lease after seeking approval from the DM, but she also had made a false accusation in her documentation in the spirit of deceit to back her wrongful doings by stating that the unit had prohibited items in it which was completely false. Aside from my storage bins, bedding, sheets, towels, rags (which were all being used for my air bnb unit before I moved back in the home). The clear blue plastic bags were clearly recycling bags and all items in it were clean plastic recyclable item. As well as cardboard boxes. I have a company that I’ve found that pays me for not only aluminum cans, but plastic as well!! Believe it or not recycling is a thing and it is a source of income. I know it may be hard for your small pea size brain to comprehend. She also conveniently and purposely did not notate what we discussed on the 28th that I had all intention of paying my full outstanding balance by January 23rd and that i needed to keep my unit, which I feel was in attempt to protect her malicious decision and to set me up to be incapable of defending myself after also lying about the fact that she couldn’t wave the lien fee on the 28th, which not only did Trina from CS confirm could be done with her approval, but Marlisa confirmed it as well. Also the agreement I made with Marlisa on the 22nd was never documented either, although Marlisa has been extremely kind in comparison to Peaches and I feel this was just an unintentional mistake and neglect ion on her part. I informed her that I would like the DM to contact me advising me if I can keep my unit before deciding to vacate the rest of my things.Today, Sunday, January 4th, I had a work meeting from 1 pm to 3 pm. I just barely made it to the office to speak with Marlisa as she was leaving after rushing on the highway to update her. She advised me that it was confirmed that you guys could not go back on the termination and that it was final. I informed her that I had found another storage unit in the meantime and I would be relocating my things, but they were closed on Sunday, and I needed until next week to clear my unit.I cleared out my unit and removed my things, Monday, January 5th.I wanted you to know the full scope of my experience dealing with Peaches. She seems to be a very deceitful, cruel, and not a genuine person. I have only ever had one full conversation with her which was these last few days, and believe she built a personal vendetta against me, without even knowing me. I believe she is an also very hateful / jealous and was jealous of my youth, looks, intelligence, and career (once I informed to her that I am a realtor). For her to display one thing to me and turn around my back and get ride of me shows she is a very unhappy person and I don’t feel she truly enjoys her job which is why she mistreats others and gives terrible customer service. I feel Marlisa means well, and has a good heart. Marlisa have excellent customer service and was alway very very kind and helpful, while Peachea would give attitude, combativeness, and pushback. but is just a bit inefficient, but she has potential. If I were you I would give remove Peaches from your company immediately! She is bad for business!

Lack of communication, I called and emailed and haven’t received a response either time. Not even a follow up on my cancellation. Also when I arrived at the unit there was no locking mechanism available for the unit.

Because they are always willing to help in anyway you need it. It is a clean facility.
