Convenient location, reasonable price compared to others nearby, simple account setup, pleasant clerk (Andrew), simple storage process once code is learned.

The facility is clean and the customer service is great, very attentive to my questions.

Excellent facilities that feel safe to enter. I also love your tech. I can access my unit easily and there are no critters in the unit or the hallway.

I like the storage spaces and accessibility. The building is clean and elevators were working all the times. The only reason I gave score 9 is that the price was going up every couple of months. So if you need the unit for multiple years, basically you would pay 3 to 4 times more than you started with.

Price kept going up! Air conditioning wasn’t always working.
