In 7 or 8 years, my rent was increased 300%, while inflation was about 31%. When I decided to leave, CubeSmart was offering new renters the same unit for a *fraction* of what I was paying -- obviously trying to draw them in before jacking up the rate after they moved in. It's obvious that your "business model" is to gouge customers as much as possible, counting on it being too difficult or inconvenient for most to move out. I don't do business with companies that engage in such disreputable business practices.

Set up for storage rental here was effortless, great customer service with fantastic people who are very knowledgeable, and courteous!

Easy registration and super helpful staff. Facility is extremely clean.

Facilities are fine but the price for an open parking space is nearly $100 higher than market.

Because CubeSmart is not an honest enough company to tell its customers at the very beginning that the initial rate, is essentially a teaser rate that will only increase in amount as time passes!!!
