The monthly rental cost continuingly went up. I was told that we could move to another unit for a lower cost but that the monthly cost could go up at any time. I bought some storage solutions for our home and broke our dependency upon outside storage.

The facility is great, the staff is also. But the price increases are unacceptable and the reason I left. There probably is an algorithm that increases prices to see if customers will just keep paying. I would hope that most customers look at their options, especially since there are two storage facilities within a mile distance from this facility. Customer satisfaction should be Paramount and not set out to squeeze the most money out of them. That’s a short term approach. The reluctance of people to move may prove that somewhat different, but it’s unethical.

the place is great and I think well managed!!BUT for long term storage, since 2021, I had to fight every year to avoid a big price increase .Finally this year, they wrote tome I will have no increase (very much appreciated after all these increase prices) but it is the last time we do you a favor. So I just left cubesmart to go to a much cheaper long term storage flying from Europe to deal with it!!Cubesmart attracts you with discounts at first, I guess they only looking for very short term clients!they should mention it at the beginning as it is very hard to move somewhere else when you leave in Europe!

when cleaning the lot your employee used leaf blower to blow asphalt dust under the door to my unit covering everything with black dust. I spent 8 hours cleaning dust, I noted that the lot was going to be paved so I put duct tape around bottom of door and put a sign up stating " do not blow dust under this door". I contacted John the regional manager 480-258-4448, he assured me that no dirt would be blown again under my door. He failed to keep his promise, the day after the lot was sealed I checked my unit- the sign had been taken down and the duct tape pushed and your employee intentionally blew black fine dust under the door coating all my household goods and electronic stored there.
