I have received quality customer service which is very hard to find these days. I spoke with the manager Travis and he was personable and professional.

It was disappointing that after being a longer time customer I was getting charged double market rate and offered another unit with incentive for 1/4th of what I was paying. I thought about another unit but the hassle of moving led me to a better location.
