The location I was renting at the office person was rude. I am glad i moved my belongings out but it should not of been so difficult. I walked into the office asked what I needed to do yo close out my unit and she groaned and said i will take care of it at the end of the night. 2 weeks had gone by and if i did not remove my automatic payment i would of gotten charged as she did not do her job

You keep raising your prices way above the inflation rate and you expect your long time clients to pay a lot of money to cover your specials for new clients who get free months and very, very low rates. It is an insult to long time clients.The managers/owners of the facility prior to CubeSmart were much more respectful of their clients/renters, and that is why we continued to rent with them for more than 15 years. CubeSmart is really CubeDumb and disrespectful of their clients/renters. That is why we pulled our belongings out of your facility. WE will not be ripped off.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I left because I could not get a lower rate, even if I changed units.Bathroom was out of tp and paper towels. Manager couldn't care aless.

Very poor communication. I send in my insurance info and ask for a confirmation back and hear nothing. When I gave notice and asked for confirmation again heard nothing. I'm also okay with price increases but percentage increase and frequency was very high. From $131 to $218 in 3 1/2 years. 66% increase.

its expensive for even a small 5x10 unit. you have a terrible move out policy of making customer pay for full month even if moving out only a few days into billing cycle instead of pro rating those days. i was long term customer who paid $189 dollars for 6 days of storage because I had to move out during the beginning of the month. company seems greedy. Manager at my particular unit was always changing and never consistently on site.

We were met at the door, staff was friendly and helpful, showed us a few units available, and explained the rental process. We chose CubeSmart because they have staff on site 7days a week.

The only notation I can give is that often the agents are away from their desk, and are gone for extended periods (not lunch break)
