Price increases

The price raised so often and so much I could no longer afford it.

Knowledgeable, accessible staff onsite/easy to get in touch with, property feels safe & well looked after

Price jumped up too fast from the initial rate. We were also concerned about flooding since other units had issues with flooding.

Great service, clean facility, secure and easy access

The staff at Cube Smart have always been very friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was with Sarah at store 0194. She has helped to find the best fit situation for me with her knowledge of what options were available and fit my timing. Sarah was attentive to my concerns, and I noticed she is really working diligently to make improvements around the facility.

Convenience

Store managers are very kind and helpful. They are willing to go farther to help patrons.

Rent increases, three in less than 2 years is absurd to be honest. But I did have a seamless experience otherwise.
