Everything was great, zero complaints

I gave my notice on April 15,2026 for moving out April 30. . I was not communicated with and I was billed again for May. I called and was told I needed to approve the lock being removed. I signed approximately May 15th, but this was a lock that CubeSmart put on my unit. Now I see a bill for June of another $247 and I called and emailed to find out what’s going on, I can’t reach anybody on the phone, I get an email saying my move update is June 15!!! that’s $500 that I now been charged that I was not using the storage unit. This is unacceptable and I want a refund. Nobody’s ever available in the store and the 800 number give some kind of message or lack of message that you can’t even leave a message on.. just clicking sounds. Very unhappy. In 72.. on social security. And I can’t get this resolved and these charges refunded.

Great customer service

Every one was very nice.

I’ve called your office and left a message four times and no person has picked up the phone and called me back. The storage unit is not as described and the door doesn’t even open up all the way. We’ve tried to move to another unit and have gotten zero response. Customer no service.

This location has terrible customer service. Management does not respond to emails or voice mails and are never in the office. The one time I was able to speak with someone and set an appointment no one showed up. I had to provide my insurance policy three times because the office lost the first two
