The price kept raising to ridiculous levels over time- the facility is not air conditioned - some of our belongings were damaged by the heat . also, whenever I had an inquiry, I was speaking to someone in New Jersey or wherever, not on site - not having an elevator caused a large amount of 'heavy lifting' to a second floor unit -

Customer Service and convenient location.

There were recurring tech issues and I was not my sharpest but, Sarah the site manager made it my lucky day. She navigated the tech issues and my lack of commitment, and lent a very patient, large ear for some of my troubles and for that I am truly thankful to CubeSmart for hiring and training someone who cared.The next day, as the tech issues spread to other renters, she never wavered in treating every customer with the same patience and excellent knowledge to answer everybody's concerns. It was obvious that the situation was not easy to handle, I have extensive business and tech experience. I am very glad to rent with CubeSmart and thank the company for their help, as represented by Sarah. Please recognize and compensate her accordingly. She was calm under pressure, thought fast on her feet, and inspired me to write this customer's employee and company review: EXCELLENT !! :-)

No happy with the price increase.

unfortunately, never had a chance to speak with a local manager after reqesting and leaving several messages

#1 There is no office at the facility I chose. It would've been helpful if that information were online.#2 This facility is more expensive for the same space as the facility down the street, and adds on extra "required" fees.
