Very clean facility, plenty of carts to use, staff is friendly and always willing to work with you off your having any issues, as long as you keep in touch with communication

The parking lot is filthy full of gravel and I’ve asked them to clean it and they said we don’t know what you’re talking about. I wish someone from your corporation would please call me. Birthday party here.

The significant and excessive price increases applied to the units over time.From October 2022 shows a total monthly charge of $273.01 for both units including the protection plans. The most recent invoice increased the total monthly amount to $478.29. This represents an increase of approximately 75%, which I consider excessive and unreasonable for existing tenants.This substantial escalation ultimately made it impossible for me to continue renting the units. This excessive price increase when you are living abroad and unable to do anything about it is the total exploitation of your customers. Therefore your service is unreliable and cannot be trusted .Furthermore , I have rented an inside and an outside , but semi-AC unit. The outside unite had so much dust and dirt, including rodent feces , that it has damaged many of belongings.I spent around 10K renting these units over 3 and half years , and it was an absolute disaster.

I didn't appreciate my rate nearly doubling in 3 years.

All of the staff have been very helpful and polite ,& super helpful getting set up never any issues. The unit was great. One suggestion is that they should have a street sweeper come in periodically to clean the roadways as there is a lot of loose dirt&debris
